What is the most important thing to you when looking for an auto repair shop?

I do the marketing for an auto repair shop and am looking for answers from men & women on what is important to you when doing business at an auto repair shop. I am looking for some new ideas as well - What would you like to see at your local repair shop?

1. #1 - The Quality of the work they do. #2 - Fair Price. Am I getting quality work at a fair price. #3 - Do they deliver when they promised. If they say it'll be ready tomorrow, it better be done when I get there. #4 - No surprises. Good Communications with the customer. I need to know what they are doing, why they are doing it, how much is it going to cost and when will it be done. I don't want to hear that it cost 20% over the estimate and I was never informed.
2. Make sure the are a member of the BBB and have an excellent record. Also, make sure the shop and waiting rooms are clean and you have a knowledgeable, intelligent, and courteous person at first point of contact. First impressions mean everything.
